Tracey Bode
CEO - Founder
Passionate about the change that effective communication can bring, Tracey started Zyteq because she could see how the right technology can make a real difference in people’s lives. Beginning her career as a speech pathologist, Tracey quickly found a love for Alternative and Augmentative Communication in the days when the most high-tech assistive technology available was the ticker-tape Canon Communicator. She then moved on to become an assistive technology business manager, before starting Zyteq in 2008 as a way to ensure the technology was available in Australia to help more people communicate. While the rate of technology evolution can present business challenges, Tracey supports her team to focus on each individual client. By taking a collaborative, people-centred approach, Zyteq’s consultants are able to navigate the options to help our clients select the best, individualised solution and implement it successfully. This is more important to Tracey than a focus on any one product. She loves witnessing the personal journey of each of Zyteq’s clients especially those who we have worked with over decades and through successive devices. The highlight of her role is seeing how the people who use Zyteq’s equipment achieve their own goals because they have the right tools. In her role as CEO Tracey's focus is ensuring the Zyteq team and business thrive so we can continue to support many more clients.
Kayleigh Bedford

Kayleigh's passions include electronic assistive technology and Grid 3. Her extensive background in working with Alternative and Augmentative Communication with people with a range of diagnoses has provided the ideal experience for her work at Zyteq. Kayleigh may assist you from the intial "review call" and provide support through the device evaluation stage and implementation. Kayleigh seeks out challenges and loves to develop new and innovative ideas.
Emma Boyle
AT Consultant - Speech Pathologist

Emma’s Speech Pathology experience spans from Ireland to Australia over almost a decade. In her role, collaborating with clients and therapists she focusses on working with each person individually to help find the features that will work best for them, understanding there is no ‘one size fits all’. She has a genuine passion for assisting clients through their AT journey, and in particular sharing the powerful moments with emerging AAC user and their families, when they begin to use AAC. When you have a review call or evaluation with Emma, she will be enjoying sharing the passion for AT and AAC and finding the right AT to unlock ability and opportunity.

Bridget has been with Zyteq since its inception in 2008 and has worked across many aspects of the business. This dedication, hardworking attitude and commitment are things she brings each day to her role as our Client Services Coordinator. Managing trial equipment, coordinating consultations and providing support with sales and orders, Bridget is always ready to help. Her background in science means she loves being organised and learning new skills. Her favourite thing about the equipment trial process is when the right piece of equipment is selected for a client. Positive feedback means that one of our customised solutions has enhanced a client’s life, and this is what Bridget seeks to achieve with every client at every interaction.

Jude is key member of Zyteq’s dedicated Client Services Team. She supports our clinicians to achieve their aims by doing the day-to-day tasks that help us work towards meaningful outcomes for our clients. Jude loves working in a team with mutual respect and common goals. With a background as a bookseller, she appreciates the importance of being able to communicate and interact independently.

Kylie gets a buzz every time she sets up a new system for a user that allows them to control their surroundings independently. And that buzz only grows when they become familiar with their setup and start asking it to do even more. As a Zyteq Technical Support Officer, Kylie sets our clients up for success by ensuring their technology is setup to do what they need it to do. With more than 20 years’ experience and a Certificate IV in Disability Work, she helps our clients (and their support team) to use their technology with confidence so that they can achieve their goals. Kylie is passionate about meeting and supporting people to communicate and control their environment independently and with confidence. She will work with you to support your Zyteq system so you can achieve your goals.
